Reagan grew up in Dallas, TX and graduated from Ursuline Academy. She earned her BS in Nursing, Spanish For Health Professionals Minor, and University & Departmental Honors from Texas Christian University prior to joining Parkland Hospital’s medicine intensive care unit team.

In addition to eight years nursing experience in the ICU, Reagan has three years’ experience in medical research & publication and has designed & overseen numerous projects involving data collection, regulatory compliance and timeline management. In 2019, Reagan was recognized as a DFW Great 100 Nurse, and she was on the frontlines of Parkland’s COVID-19 intensive care unit throughout the worst of the pandemic in 2020.
In addition to her extensive medical training, knowledge and experience, Reagan brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and a knack for improving an organization’s operational efficiency. She is extremely experienced in data collection and management as well as navigating rigid, complex regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
